Takaoka copperware began in 1611, when Maeda Toshinaga, lord of the Kaga Clan, invited seven foundry artisans to Kanaya-cho, Takaoka City, to promote the prosperity of the town. Our company was born in 2011, 400 years after the birth of this craft.
