Our main businesses are technology consulting, joint research, and the design and manufacture of experimental equipment. Our technical consulting business is involved in thermal spraying technology (thermal insulation spraying of automobile pistons, thermal insulation spraying of jet engine blades, spraying of friction materials, abrasion resistance spraying of boiler heat transfer pipes, and similar cases) and welding technology (solid phase adhesion of aluminum alloys in air, aluminum spot welding, spot welding of different materials, and equivalent cases). In our joint research, our strengths are in thermal insulation spraying of automobile pistons, thermal insulation spraying of gas turbine blades, spraying of friction materials, solid phase adhesion of aluminum alloys in air, and aluminum spot welding.
Overview of main products and technologies
We accept the design and manufacture of experimental equipment for technological innovation in thermal spraying and welding. As an example, we have technology such as ultrasonic welding machines. Welding generally involves joining by melting materials together; however, using ultrasound, it is possible to join materials without conventional welding. In addition, we have various expertise in the basics of resistance spot welding technology and its application in the welding of aluminum and different materials, thermal spraying (basic knowledge and methods of evaluating film characteristics), basics of ultrasonic welding, and applied expertise about joining aluminum and different materials.

June 1, 2016 marked 30 years since the establishment of our company. During this time, we have developed technology in the fields of thermal spraying technology and welding technology, and we have accumulated much cutting-edge technology. In the future, we would like to achieve widespread use of our proprietary “aluminum ultrasonic welding technology” for automotive parts, air conditioning equipment, and filters. In addition, we would like to develop sales channels for this technology not only inside Japan but also overseas. Furthermore, in the future, we would like to go back to our original intention with the experience and track record that we have cultivated to date, and contribute to society even more.
