We perform EMS (electronic manufacturing service) and mount, face-mount, or surface-mount printed boards, lead-free boards, IC chips, and BGA (ball grid arrays). We are able to support clients through production ranging from producing a prototype to manufacturing a wide variety of products in small lots. We manufacture a wide range of boards ranging from highly difficult surface mounting substrates to manually assembled boards and BGA reballs. We support manufacturing by providing mounting services. For example, we perform visual inspection, in which we utilize 3D image inspection, X-ray inspection, or 2D X-ray inspection, and use environmentally friendly "lead-free reflow".
