Analog circuit design, signal processing, and power supply design
We design overall systems, mainly using analog circuit technology. Minute signals, ultra-high-speed pulses, high frequency, high voltage, etc. We can provide one-stop services including logic design, software design, circuit board pattern design, implementation, mechanism design, sheet metal processing, assembly, and wiring.
- Analog circuit design
We pursue optimal solutions based on knowledge and experience we have acquired in circuit design for 40 years. Processing of sensor signals such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and stress; ultra-high-speed pulse signal processing on the order of picoseconds; high-speed AD/DA conversion circuits; precision control of high voltage/current, etc. Design examples: • Signal processing circuits for thermocouples/resistance temperature detectors • Signal processing circuits for load cells/strain gauges • 4-20mA two-wire instruments • 30kW class LED power supply for large ultraviolet irradiators • Measurement circuits for ultrasound propagation time differences (25 picoseconds temporal resolution) • Signal processing circuits for close-range laser (20 picoseconds temporal resolution) • Power supply for special discharge tubes (150 W output and 20 kV pulses for lighting) • High-voltage amplifiers (1600Vp-p 100mA output; original products produced by us) • DDS (digital synthesizer) high-frequency signal sources
