We are a fabless manufacturer which deals with the planning, design, development and sales of inclination, vibration, and impact sensors. We have developed an original energy-saving sensor which automates a power supply. The sensor is operated by the electric output generated by the movement of a conductive ball stored in a cabinet. It is extremely durable even though it has mechanical parts. Our newly-developed “non-directional minute vibration sensor” is compact and features low power consumption, adaptation to in-vehicle specification, and RoHS applicable. It can be installed on smart keys, IoT and wearable equipment. We will continue to meet the needs for the ever changing times, and provide optimal products with high added value.
- Analog inclination/vibration sensor
Our sensors check whether it is above or below the (preset) inclination angles of the loaded product by means of electrical contact output signals and, if the target product is vibrating, detects minuscule vibrations in all directions.
Our analog ball sensors need an extremely small power supply (only about 10 nA) for sensor output. When DC-driven, therefore, the sensors can be powered in "power-saving" mode when powering the target product, reducing expenses and the labor required for replacing batteries.
These sensors are particularly effective when DC-powered for radio communications where low power desired. They are ideal for IoT equipment, active IC tags, smart keys, and wearable equipment.
