Manufacturing of construction machine parts and FRP housing fittings

We manufacture construction machine parts (bucket arms, etc.) and housing fittings (modular baths, lavatory bowls, water tanks, etc.) from fiber reinforced plastic. We are one of the largest producers of tip-end excavator buckets in Japan. We deal with various types of welding and sheet metal products while using our wealth of equipment and craftsman skills. We meet a broad range of customer needs from mass-produced products using robots to customized products and are particularly proficient at large products (up to 12 tons) and customized products. We have equipment for integrally handling sheet metal working, welding, machining, shot blasting, and coating.
