Our company is engaged in manufacturing using machining centers and NC lathes. We possess 17 machining centers and 18 NC lathes. We manufacture and sell various high-quality, high-accuracy products made from many kinds of materials. These include SUS304, S45C, SUJ, free-cutting steel (SUM, MO), brass (C3604), and aluminum (A5052, A2017). Our products are mainly used for electric machines, precision machines, OA equipment, medical equipment, measuring equipment, and construction and other industrial machines. We can handle everything regarding part manufacturing with high-mix low-volume production.

Our company has been manufacturing auto parts since our foundation. We manufacture and assemble OA equipment parts, transportation-related parts, auto parts, medical equipment parts, electric parts, and precision machine parts. Various industrial sectors are now seeking products with great added value. Our company possesses NC machining tools, large machining centers, and other state-of-the-art production machines. We manufacture many high-precision, high-quality critical parts for OA equipment, automobiles, audio equipment, and optical equipment under micron-order precision management based on our machines. These parts make a wide range of contributions to society.

Metalworking needs are changing every day and higher-level technologies with higher precision are now in demand. Our company is constantly working to provide better products faster to satisfy all kinds of customer requests. We acquired ISO 9001 certification in 2009 to establish our foundation for quality improvement, 5S activities, and human resource training. We will add a growing number of new customers without limiting ourselves to our existing customer base. We will make use of J-GoodTech to continue to work hard to produce results in expanding our customer base.

Our company participates in M-Tech to exhibit and introduce our processing technologies and processed products. We are cultivating sales channels by making proposals based on inquiries and quotation requests that we receive through exhibitions and trade fairs. We will establish a sales system in which all of our staff can be totally devoted to cultivating sales channels.
