Our company is an ultra-precision mold manufacturer expanding business in Japan and abroad. We mainly manufacture and sell molds, including dies. We have experience in manufacturing molds for hard disk drives, automobiles, and mobile phones. We have done business with many manufacturers in Japan, such as NIDEC, Alps Electric, and Hirose Electric. We also have experience in doing business with Japanese companies outside Japan. We have confidence in our technical power. We support precision wire cut EDM (surface roughness: 0.17 μm Rz; wire diameter: 0.03 mm), die sinking EDM (inside corner: maximum 0.03 mm), and molding (JGMA0-class micro gears). We also provide burr-free precision electrode machining, and narrow-pitch groove grinding (0.3 mm). We aim to increase our business volume by satisfying various customer needs.
[Company strength] We handle molds in a broad range of fields, such as hard disk drives, automobiles, and mobile phones. Our precision machining requiring high accuracy is highly appreciated by our customers. Our precision machining technologies are created by a group of eight technicians with first-class national certificates and other high-level engineers. Our processing machines are equipped with our original automation changers (workpieces and tools). Our in-house process management systems are also improving our production efficiency. High-precision low-cost products cannot be manufactured without these production systems. Our company was established mainly by individuals who retired from a major manufacturer of electric machines. This is why we can provide services suited to every need of companies placing orders by anticipating their needs. [Business description] Our company manufactures ultra-precision molds, including dies for casting. We design, manufacture, machine, and assemble molds, mold parts, electrodes, and jigs and tools. Our business includes molding. We have an integrated system from mold design to molding. We can also provide plastic parts manufactured using our in-house molds according to customer requests. We possess state-of-the-art high-precision processing machines and various kinds of measuring equipment, as well as machining centers and wire cut and die sinking EDM machines. We provide high-quality products by making use of this equipment. We also have a production site in the Philippines to satisfy demand in the Southeast Asia area. They attend meetings to discuss specifications and structures just like members of the project team. We think this is because of our policy of proactively making proposals as well as our technical power. [Representative's message] I previously worked in the mold department of a major electronic part manufacturer. I have been devoted to molds even after the establishment of our company in 1993. My fundamental philosophy is that the crafting people is the basis of Monozukuri craftsmanship. Our company continues to take on challenges by always giving high goals to our staff to satisfy the advanced technical requirements of our customers. We established a production factory in the Philippines in 2010 by taking the opportunity of an invitation from a customer. The factory is young but continuously inheriting our company’s technologies. Higher-level processing technologies are in demand, so we will further improve our technologies to be a company loved by customers and the local community. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our company has two employees assigned to sales in Japan. Both of them have experience in machining and can hold technical meetings with customers. We proactively make proposals to customers to create more excellent products. Five employees dispatched from the head office are ready to deal with local customers directly at our production site in the Philippines. Our company also has staff in Thailand, which functions as a sales site for the ASEAN region. Local staff in the Philippines receive technical training at the national skill test level at our head office. This is done to build up processing technologies in the Philippines as a production site by inheriting Japan's technologies.
