We are a specialized manufacturer of dies. We excel at manufacturing progressive dies for digital home electronics appliances and medical equipment connectors. We support both production dies and trial dies. Our unique processing methods and in-house jigs have made it possible for us to deliver production dies in about one month and trial dies in about two weeks. We have many customers in Japan and have performed joint R&D with Tohoku University. Our goal is to further enhance our technologies.

Press die and trial part manufacturing for consumer and medical products

[Product description] Our company has been manufacturing dies for precision parts as a specialized press die manufacturer since our foundation. These parts mainly include connectors and springs. Our company manufactures about 100 progressive press dies annually, which is a comparatively high output in Japan. We have established a standard system that we developed independently to provide trial products with short lead times (about 2.0 to 2.5 weeks). We are now improving this system for faster deliveries (within about 2 weeks).
