We offer cold roll forming to satisfy needs for lightweight parts.

Our company manufactures and sells products processed by cold roll forming. We have been increasing our business volume by supplying products to a wide range of industrial fields from automobiles, buses, and rolling stock to buildings, houses, construction machinery, and showcases. We have several hundred customers in Japan, including Fuji Heavy Industries, Daihatsu Motor, Daihatsu Motor Kyushu, Kirii Construction Materials, and Nikken Build. We possess cold roll forming machines equipped with 28 to 90 mm diameter roll shafts. We can satisfy production needs for steel materials with thickness 0.3 to 6.0 and up to 500 mm wide. There is a trend for lightweight automobiles as an aspect of measures to conserve the environment. This is attracting increasing attention to automotive shock absorbing materials manufactured from ultra-high-strength steel sheets by cold roll forming. We will increase our business volume by satisfying as many needs like this as possible.
