[Company strength]
Our company possesses cold roll forming machines equipped with 28 to 90 mm diameter roll shafts. We can satisfy production needs for steel materials with thickness 0.3 to 6.0 and up to 500 mm wide. Our pre-press punching functions cover drilling and notching processes with online forming to produce cost advantages. Our resin composite line integrating roll forming and resin forming can also produce decorative products. Our forming machines make it possible for us to supply products to various industries. We provide equipment and quality assurance with step-by-step TPM activities.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells products processed by cold roll forming. We supply our products to a wide range of industrial fields from automobiles, buses, and rolling stock to buildings, houses, construction machinery, and showcases. We set up an integrated production line for efficient forming (primary processing), secondary processing, tertiary processing, quality assurance, and distribution when we start to manufacture products for each industrial field. We develop cold roll forming technology for new materials and provide product development services as a proposal-based manufacturer of products made by cold roll forming.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Automobiles are now expected to be more lightweight in order to conserve the environment. We have succeeded in manufacturing lightweight automotive shock absorbing material products from ultra-high-strength steel sheet by cold roll forming to reduce the weight while increasing the strength. Roll forming also reduces the number of parts due to component integration. This also contributes to cost reduction. We conduct efficient production under a production system integrating secondary processing (joining by welding) after forming and quality assurance.

Cold roll forming and resin extrusion molding are our core technologies. We have been devoted to developing, manufacturing, and selling these secondary processes products throughout our corporate history. Our main products are now automotive parts, building materials, STKM, and so on. We have been establishing our own unique position in various industrial fields. Our staff in the sales department are in charge of acquiring new customers and responding to inquiries from major companies. Our sales staff and technical staff work together to solve customer issues and problems if expertise is necessary. We directly visit customers as required for meetings.
