We mainly manufacture and sell printed circuit boards and ceramic substrates. We provide printed circuit board manufacturing and processing technology to industrial electronic equipment manufacturers. We can also provide a wide range of support from general-purpose substrates, including HF substrates, to specialized substrates. Our highly thermally conductive substrates have contributed to dissipation mounting of recent HF parts and highly integrated parts, and they are valued by major telecommunications equipment manufacturers. We provide the latest manufacturing and processing technology that is most suitable for our customer. We can make new application proposals and manufacture printed circuit boards that correspond to new mounting forms such as HF, high integration, and small-sized parts.
