We are a plastic part manufacturer established in 1964. We specialize in automotive lamp part manufacturing and sales. We have been accumulating know-how about manufacturing resin products by injection molding since our foundation. We have confidence with optical transparent resin products, such as lenses and inner lenses. We do business with Stanley Electric and Imasen Electric Industrial. We have a mold department as a member company of our group to provide integrated services from mold production to molding, inspection, quality assurance, and logistics. We have been expanding our business capacity by meeting various customer needs. We do not have any specific plans for overseas expansion, but we will expand our business globally with a focus on Asia.

We have an integrated supply system from mold production, molding, and inspection to quality assurance and logistics. This is based on the technologies and know-how that we have been accumulating throughout our corporate history of over 50 years. We have been focused on the business of injection molding with molds arranged and manufactured ourselves, and devoted ourselves to digging deep for technologies. We started our corporate history when automotive lamp parts were changing from glass to resin. We have been improving our technical power by flexibly meeting needs for Fresnel cutting, fisheye cutting, and free-curve cutting with the transition of cutting styles.

We manufacture plastic parts by injection molding. We perform mold arrangement as well as sales. We are committed to automotive lamp parts, which are the hardest to manufacture by resin molding. We particularly excel at manufacturing lenses and inner lenses from optical transparent resins. We also have a mold department as a member company of our group. We have been constantly developing and building up new technologies and management techniques to meet ever-changing needs through our corporate history of over 50 years.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The ratio of products using LEDs as their light sources has been growing with the rapid changes in automotive lamp technology in recent years. This has boosted demand for the development of light guide lens technology capable of transmitting light farther from fewer LED light sources. We established a mold processing technology consisting of fine cutting steps using a cutter as small as 0.05 to 0.2 R in the mold development field. This was done under customer guidance. In the molding field we have established a high-grade molding technology to manufacture very difficult transparent lenses with a high yield rate. This is achieved by customizing and implementing a state-of-the-art medium-size molding machine, which is still rare in Japan. We manufacture the light guide lenses and thick lenses that are now trendy for automotive lamps.

Our company has been committed to a "narrower and deeper" business approach for the 50 years since our foundation. We specialize in manufacturing and selling automotive lamp parts and conducting research on mold production and molding. At the same time the globalization of markets and technology has been gaining speed. We will also extend the technologies we have cultivated to fields other than the automotive lamp industry while maintaining our commitment to the technology. We will globalize our market by extending our business from Japan, mainly to Asian countries.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Representative Director Koji Tatematsu is also totally in charge of sales.  He will work together with our factory manager (Tomita) and also the management department manager when making technical proposals and holding meetings with customers. Our new model management staff and management quality assurance staff will handle development management and quality assurance. We have conducted inspection tours for overseas expansion to Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, but we have no specific plans at present.
