We are a precision metal die and resin injection molding manufacturer. Our company takes on a wide range of orders, from small lot prototypes to mass production. We handle various materials such as ordinary resins, and super engineering plastics such as PEEK, PEI, PES, and fluororesins. Our products are intended for various industries including the medical, semiconductor equipment, housing, automobile, and optical communications fields. We pursue the production of products that are indispensable to our lives, and we excel in producing water pipe parts and medical equipment parts. We have also initiated global production using our Vietnam site to increase sales.
[Company strength] All our products including dies and injection moldings are entirely manufactured in-house. Over 70% of our resin moldings are made of super engineering plastics such as PEEK, PEI, PES, and fluororesin, which we comprehensively manage. We once suggested changing the manufacturing method of complex medical device valve parts from resin machining to injection molding. We were able to take over the whole operation from die design to molding. Our customers operate in a wide range of different fields, including medical parts, semiconductor equipment parts, housing components, auto parts, and optical communications parts. [Business description] Our company provides die design and manufacturing services, as well as plastic part injection molding. We take on a wide range of orders, from small lot prototypes to mass production. We handle various materials including ordinary resins and super engineering plastics such as PEEK, PEI, PES, and fluororesins. [Industry] Die design and manufacturing; plastic injection molding production [Strength of products/technologies] Our company has always tried out new things, and we currently focus on integrated die and plastic injection molding production. We have a number of advantages. (1) We use a die modification program based on 3D measurement data to accurately shape difficult electromagnetic valves where accurate roundness and flatness are required. (2) We mold and package medical parts in a cleanroom to maintain good quality. (3) Our manufacturing practice covers new resin prototypes as well as plastic prototype parts and developed parts. Our processing is conducted based on the latest information, and consideration of new equipment. [Representative's message] The environment surrounding Japan’s manufacturing sector is drastically changing, and developments in the world economy and improvements in production technology are leading to production sites moving offshore. This is the era of global competition. Our company started to establish a global production system two years ago, using our Vietnam site as a base. This system is still being steadily reinforced. We are dedicated to listening to society’s needs, and pursue the production of products that are indispensable to our lives, such as water pipe components and medical equipment parts. We established a subsidiary in Vietnam two years ago for overseas expansion, in order to manufacture plastic container caps for users in Vietnam. We then added finishing treatment capabilities for precision plastic parts to this site to increase sales. We have also hired Vietnamese employees in Japan to directly respond to customers in Vietnam.
