Developed a specialty chemical for preventing noroviruses jointly with Hiroshima University, using ingredients derived from persimmon tannin.

A developer and manufacturer of industrial sterilization chemicals focusing on safety and security, to enhance environmental hygiene on the manufacturing floor in the food industry. After discovering the virus genome diminishing effect (99%) of persimmon tannin in a joint research with Hiroshima University, we developed a safe anti-norovirus chemical using plant-derived ingredients and food additives. The product was patented in Japan, the US, Canada, China, Vietnam, France, the UK, Germany, and Netherlands, allowing us to sell 1.6 million units while contributing to society through preventing noroviruses.
