Laser micromachining requires appropriate selection or use of wavelength, pulse width, moving speed, optical technique, and machining jigs depending on the material, the shape to be machined, and dimensions. [Business description] We are a laser shop specialized in micromachining and a system integrator that provides one-stop solutions related to lasers. We conduct R&D, produce prototypes, and mass-produce items under contract with customers using our machining technology based on four ultrashort pulse lasers. Our laser machining device, with its dedicated design, delivers a laser for machining that is easy to use. We can drill holes through or cut any kind of material including fine ceramics, super-hard metals and polymer materials with high precision. In addition, we can reduce friction resistance by using laser texturing to improve the surface function. Our engineers select the best conditions from our wealth of machining data based on our experience. We also provide full quality assurance based on careful dimensional measurement and observation of the machined works with the latest measuring equipment. We provide our customers with laser machining equipment without waste, and refined through identification of problems and solutions. We can perform 3D machining using our advanced machining technology, optical technology as a proud “master light grinder”, and precise control technology that synchronizes with the laser.
