We provide automatic shutdown and startup technology for IT equipment monitoring and for BCP implementation.
We offer our original Enterprise System Manager (ESM) to data center operators and companies operating in-house systems. ESM provides automatic control of IBM general-purpose computers as well as automatic system shutdown and startup for BCP implementation and operational monitoring of open systems. ESM does not require installation of any special software on business process servers or other equipment that is targeted for monitoring and automatic control (it uses an agent-less configuration). This is why ESM enables monitoring and automation without imposing further loads on the target business process system.
[Company strength] Our company was established in 1980, when we were the only company in Japan to launch a third-party maintenance business focusing on IBM general-purpose computers. We have been turning maintenance operation requests from many customers into tangible solutions for many years. We have accumulated a vast store of technology from our maintenance business and automation system development. We make use of this technology to support open systems as well as IBM systems. Around 700 companies to date have made use of our third-party maintenance services to raise their service levels while lowering maintenance costs. The strength of our company is our connectivity technology with IBM general-purpose computers and various kinds of server equipment. This allows us to provide made-to-order solutions and satisfy requests for complete IT equipment and system installations, relocations, and disposals. We provide maintenance services alongside our computer equipment sales and rental business, which are cheaper than manufacturer maintenance fees with the same level of service (24/7). We offer various engineering operations for specific purposes, including installation, relocation and disposal of computer equipment, seismic protection for computer equipment, and computer room cleaning. Conventional business development through personal connections is limited, although it does have immediate effects. Our preference is to implement a systematic, continuous business development plan. We have done a small amount of business in hardware equipment with companies located overseas. We are considering the potential for selling our software to overseas companies, including upcoming products.
