We manufacture automation equipment, and we aim to expand our business by making use of our heat welding method.

We mainly design and manufacture press dies. We also design and manufacture automation equipment and jigs, etc., process large-sized parts using a 5-surface processor, and conduct bus seat part pressing using our in-house dies. We deal with many kinds of automation equipment that have heat welding functionality, with a focus on plastic parts in automation equipment. Our target is to expand our business by making use of our impulse welder heat welding method, which takes less time in heating and cooling. The impulse welder is also applicable to workpieces with complicated shapes and workpieces with closely set welding points.

[Product description] This technology is a heat welding method with pulse control. This makes it possible to simultaneously carry out caulking at a few points or several dozen points between plastic parts and outserting nuts to plastic parts. We provide heater units and power supply units, and we design and manufacture special machines including workpiece reception portions. Our impulse welder has an excellent appearance and quality. It can be utilized in various fields such as automobile interior and exterior parts, hybrid battery parts, OA equipment, and consumer electronics appliances.
